Exciting News from the School of Nursing: ACRS Grant Awarded to Dr. Lufei Young and Dr. Teresa Cronell

The Academy for Clinical Research and Scholarship (ACRS) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte School of Nursing is pleased to announce that Lufei Young, PhD, ACCNP-BC and Teresa Cronell, EdD, MSN, RN, CCRN, CNE have been awarded the ACRS Advancement of Nursing Excellence Research Grant.

Dr. Young and Dr. Cronell’s innovative project, “Enhancing Nursing Communication and Team Building by Addressing Unconscious Bias and Cultivating Cultural Humility,” aims to enhance collaboration within nursing teams. This initiative exemplifies the strong commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, as it involves partnership with a faculty member from the Belk College of Business.
