In a recent Q&A, Simulation and Interdisciplinary Practice Coordinator Melinda Pierce shared how these high-tech labs—featuring high-fidelity robotic patient simulators and trained actors—create a safe environment where students can build confidence, master complex skills, and learn from mistakes before stepping into live clinical settings.
