Dr. Katherine Shue-McGuffin Selected as 2026 Interprofessional Global Summer Research Institute Fellow

The UNC Charlotte School of Nursing congratulates Dr. Katherine Shue-McGuffin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CHSE, on her acceptance as a 2026 Interprofessional Global Summer Research Institute (SRI) Fellow.

Selected through a highly competitive review process, Dr. Shue-McGuffin will participate in advanced training and mentorship focused on interprofessional education and collaborative practice (IPECP) research. The Summer Research Institute prepares fellows to develop, fund, conduct, and disseminate high-quality research that advances interprofessional practice across healthcare.
